Don't take any tour package here. The worst service. They will just waste your time and money. Even ask for more. They will show u only roads and their hotels and shops where they get commission. And that commission amount also taken from u by shops and hotels.. be careful when booking this travels First they collect Money from u. Then he will show u his real colour. The worst travel agency

Waste of money , promises made while booking are not done fack promises ,while booking they told one hotel and booking another cheap hotel with no facilites, and also they have to drop at hotel they lived us 1km far away from hotel and said go by walk or auto terrible experience, overcharged every customer, terrible guide, not enough time to explore places, unsafe vehicle for travel and dirty. kept adding additional charges for no reason without any prior discussion of the amount. would be much cheaper and a better experience touring on your own. would not recommend the service, I cancelled the trip in between because of worst service they told they will give money back atlast they are not lifting phone calls. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY WORST EXPERIENCE I NEVER HAD .

Worst travel agency... All promises are fake... They show something in the beginning and give worst service... Promised to give luxury mini bus from mysore to ooty but made to travel in swaraj mazda..!!! Ksrtc buses are far better than this! If we ask them about this and they say to call at the office and no one lifts the call and try to convince to adjust... Never ever book with them!!!

Worst experience had The owners and the staff has a disgusting behaviour, don't trust them very money minded, they talk very politely in the start but don't care and start using abusive words and don't show any of the places mentioned in the trip package, they don't even drop the customer in the right place they just leave. Drivers are drunk when they drive- BE CAREFUL EVERYONE

I personally recommend to choose this travel agent. The prices which they offer for hiring Car and hotel stays are very budget friendly the drivers they send are also very decent. I came across few travel agents in mysore but this travels are the best one Hyderabad people who wish to visit Mysuru, Ooty, Coorg and other places can have a try with these guys.

All fake promises. Liars. Vehicle from Mysore to Ooty is swaraj Mazda, an old vehicle which make lot of noise and baby seats. Never opt for this. Better to go via KSTRC CLUB CLASS buses which will be cheaper than this.
