We 20 members travelled to tirupati through murugan travels, they are zero helpful in guidance in temple ticket arrangements very poor hospitality..., I never recommended the murugan travels madurai, bus also breakdown, bus maintenance is very poor seating is very poor, they are not covering all places they mentioned in trip chart, totally disappointed, I never recommended anyone choosing murugan travels for travelling tirupati temple darishanam.....
Fraud agency. Never described about cancellation policy in the bill or package details. On raising cancellation 6days before they are not refunding the amount saying it's valid for 7days before..Accounts team saying new booking staff sir. Sorry sir. It's our mistake for not giving the terms and conditions during booking. They accept the mistake but not refunding the amount. The website doesn't have terms and conditions either. I have proof of their WhatsApp , call record. Going to move this legally if the agency is not provided the amount back discounting the train cancellation charge.

I would recommend murugan Travels for the following reasons 1. Good response and followup after enquiry 2. flexible packages that you can negotiate based on your need 3. They do try to accommodate for your requirements for stay as much as they can For ex : we were travelling with a child and they helped get us a hotel room with kitchen in it so that we can cook for the baby and that was very helpful 4. Important : They made follow up calls everyday to check how the tour was going and whether there were any issues or complaints The driver arranged by them was professional Overall it was a good experience.
Local guide was very supportive and helpful. Very good accommodation arrangements. Sight seeing plan with time also shared in well advance. Air tickets and air travel coordination can be improved.
