SRI MURUGAN LODGE - Lodge in Thiruchendur - Tuticorin, India

Rooms were neat and good. Hospitality also good. But car parking is an biggest issue. We have to surrender the car key to them. They will adjust and arrange the parking. But they are not good in handling cars, very careless people, making dent scratch while parking. Not bothering about coustomer vehicle. Scribbling on the cars dust not knowing it will make scratches.. such an irresponsible persons not fit to care the coustomer vehicles. Management should warn them strictly. These are basic manners to handle others vehicle in a proper way. Eventhough we enjoyed the room facilities and hospitality, the way they handled our car is not acceptable. Management should action on it.

Hotel staff were very rude. Don't clean rooms. Water bottle given has dust inside. After drinking I got throat problem. Staff are not polite and helpful. Rate is very high. Taking advantage in this when family comes for booking accommodation. Lights are not there in corridor as ladies cannot go independently

I got into this lodge in a rush with my family on 24 th of last month. Since it is weekend I couldn't find rooms in the hotels I tried and I accidentally bumped into this hotel. But surprisingly this turned out to be one of the best hotels!!!We booked 1 double bedroom and a 3+1 room.Since it is newly built, rooms are good and maintenance is good as well. Temple and sea are just a kilometer away from the lodge. Since we are vegetarians, lodge people suggested "Kaveri Hotel" which lies half way down the temple. South Indian food is really good over there. It's really a nice stay at SriMurugan lodge!!

ALL ARE COOKED UP REVIEWS Booked room in the front office and at the time of check in they accepted for 2200 rs and at the time of vacating asking 400rs extra and threating the guest using gundass (front office people) worst behaviour and finally i gave the amount and left the hotel due to safety reasons totally unsafe pls pls pls don't choose this hotel

Worst staff in the reception....very very rude to the customer...pls get a receipt if you priorly book the hotel.....they promised the rooms for 3k and are asking for extra on vacating.... better to choose some better hotel as the same price ...

Rooms are reasonably good. But the service is worst. I booked couple of rooms for me and my parents. I informed them prior twice that I'll reach the place at around 3pm. Upon arrival, I was told that I'll be given a temporary room and then will be shifted to the allotted one since the guests are checking out late which is acceptable. I was told that I'll be given the allotted room in one hour max. But even after four hours, the room was not given and they made me shift twice before giving the allotted room. Very poor communication from the front desk people and lethargic replies from them. Highly unprofessional. I told them on face that I'll never ever choose them henceforth. Very disappointed.
