Third rate people's work in this showroom. The lady who sits in the left side corner of the showroom who manages financial talk in very sluggish language. Worst management to have such a worst people in showroom.

Worst Worst showroom. In chennai don't ever go to this showroom. I just went for my vechicle's first service zero response .the lady In desk simply gossips about the previous customer with the Another employee..it looks local park..At time of purchasing the bike .they gives u all false promises.Worst behaviour of all staffs .service centre totally waste... rubbish ...don't ever go to this showroom

Worst showroom I visited ever.. all informations given by the sales manager is very fake. Worst lady. Not fit to be in customer service. Noone visit this showroom

The worst service i have ever had. I am not sure whether they do proper service to customers. They don't respond properly. Some nut was missing in my bike and when I asked a person about that, he is just telling he didn't notice if it was there. What a shameless answer. They didnt even wipe the oil in it and i have to wipe the whole thing on the road itself. The last thing was my keychain. I had a Bullet keychain which went missing, which i noticed only after a few distance from there. The worst people, worst service and worst response. Had enough of it. Kindly consider this and do something to your customers

Very worst experience with my new bike and exchange for it. Especially manager whose speech shows how attitude person he is.. name is sri motor yamaha but i could see they are selling tvs bike also. Onemore lady who takes care of booking and finance worst behaviour. No communication between showroom staff which in turn affecting their customers they need to work on their customers handling skills.. also i would like to highlight one person who is good in this showroom sorry I don't know his name for his good attitude this one start if not i would prefer minus star for this showroom.

I met with a minor accident and since then, I felt that there is something wrong with the handbar. The service personnel was not even able to identify a bent handbar, even after I insisted thrice. Then, I came to know that you don't have to be a automobile engineer to service these bikes !!! It was a risky ride until I took it to another service center and rectified it.
