This is government hospital and research center. All types of facilities, service are available here. Doctors are well experienced and behavior with patients as well other people's is very well. Most important thing is location no that much crowded Area don't get problem for ambulance.Good hoapital with all types or facility. Very specious and having all types of doctors and consultants.having indore and outdore patients facility. Neat and clean HOSPITAL. Staff is also good and polite, healpful.Their is no proper provision for ICU attandens's seating and sleeping space, no proper toilet and urinal. Good hospital for the service of citizens. Infrastructure is improving and new buildings are being constructed. But recently they are charging high. Final bill includes many items and services which are costly. The medicines store need to improve for quick service. And all things are good but the timeing of the doctors is not punctual they tell the item how mom's they don't follow the hospital timeing they follow his own time of his visit is at morning 10 clock and they will can at 12.30 afternoon what is that's I just hate like this behaviour of the doctors the time was very important for everyone and the fonts follow this this only one problem other wise are is ok

All the staff in hospital is having full of attitude. They think they are working in a government office or mantralaya. Lower level staff ( security guards, nurses)Everyone is rude. Where ever you go in hospital there is no silence at all. Security guards are full shouting at patients relatives. Near ICU, security guards behave like anything, shouting, giving bad words. And filling the form ( taking admission ) is compulsory here. Without form they are not touching the patient also. Even though they have room. They always say they are shortage of rooms. Then we have to call the board of directors for getting room. Then due to pressure they give room. Please change this system.

Fraud hospital and fraud doctors they just want money,money,money,rude nurses, and guards.they do not tell what happened to the patient

Poor billing system.. Need to improve billing department.. lazy billing Department.. Bad experience.. Never visit here

Money Making Machine.....Flows/bugs in System They will take your Urin and Blood without any communication, next day they will just ask you to pay this much about in the name of investigation report which is totally not required.. I have realized this experience not only for me but also for so many people. I would request them, when hospital takes your Urin and Blood please guid about investigation report charges at least to Relative so on next day they will not get shocked.
