Sri Manchalamma Temple - Hindu temple in Mantralayam, Manchala - Kurnool, India

A nice temple. Inside the temple is well maintained but outside is not... The river we can't even imagine is that much dirty (human poo) very stinky. Temple management must strictly maintain the cleanliness of the river.

Sri Manchalamma Temple is located on the right side corner of Sri Raghavendra swami Mutt.

Need to visit Manchalaama before going to main temple. Morning Poojas will be performed, brundavanam will be decorated and evening we can see different kinds of radham performing pradakshana round the temple with sri raghavendra swamy.

The place is very devotional as i see a lot of changes that happened from my past visit. Well organised and it is Very devotional and fond of positivity when we are with GURU RAGHAVENDRA Swamy and on his sanidanam

Machalamma had given Raghavendra swamy permission to enter and perform his duties. Machalamma was the head of village then called as Mantralayam. This temple is located at the right corner of the temple complex and everyone visits this temple before entering the Raghavendra swamy temple.

Shri Guru Raghavendra Swamy's greatness and his holiness cannot be described in words. Even if there are 1000's of people around you and you bow down to Rayaru it feels peace within you. This place is so so so sacred and pious.
