SRI MAHARAJA INN - Hotel in Visakhapatnam - Visakhapatanam, India

Stayed in this hotel for a couple of days , nice hospitality by the staff and good receiving at the front desk . They are very kind to us . Coming to rooms they were good and clean . Good maintenance by the staff. It was very near to the bus complex so that we can easily accesible from this hotel

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The rooms were spacious and spotless. I would definitely come back! I had a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this business to others.

Worst hotel. Hotel reception persons behavior and talk is very impolite, they seems lack of training. Cots are old and noisy, beds are dusty, may be blankets are not changing before every checkin.

The hotel was good with a location accessible to a lot of nearby places. There are few things that they can take care of - few multi linguistic staff - Central AC could be a problem for few people -The mattresses are very high could be a problem with elderly people with back pain problems like my parents had

Very irresponsible staff and owners. They neither recharge the room smart card for unlocking nor handing over the room key. Every time whenever we come from outside we have to call room boy to open the room. There is no safety for valuables. Foul smell in the room.

This place doesn't even worth a single penny and a star. No proper customer service, no lights in the room, rooms are gloomy and we choose a deluxe A/C room for room keys doesn't work properly had to go down to the reception and ask the receptionist who never come up and helps us. The bedsheets in the room are at their worst condition, not washed at all, fan wheel regulators are broken, washroom jet spray is broken. We family arrived at mid of the night with these conditions in the hotel we booked from Make my trip and the worst part is we had to pre pay the photos on the website are at the best, but in real they aren't even similar to 1percent. I don't recommend any one choose this hotel they just steal the money but you get 0 customer service and amenities.

The room service and the attitude of the reception boy is very bad. If you ask water they only provide after reminding 3 or 4 times later. If stand in front of the reception guy they looking like you as a begger. And he asking "what you want" not by the words only using head. He simply sit in the reception like a MD and watching videos. They not given any respect to guests.

In December 2022 I stayed here for 4 days. This place is remote from beach. Hotel stuffs are very very bad in behavior, too much greedy. Rooms are full of cockroaches. No room service, no daily cleaning. No food available here and around here. Even they didn't able to supply drinking water also. They hate Bengali people. Lift is not working and position of lift is horrible, one person with knee issue must not go there. Wifi not working.
