Very limited AC rooms available on offer and most of them are non a/c. While the location of the hotel is pretty good, just diagonal to ghat's main entry tollgate, their maintenance could have been much better. Don't forget to bargain before you take the room keys.
Room maintenance was not at all good, non ac rooms are stincking, up on checking taps are not working, staff said air lock and tried for half an hour but failed to repair taps. And changed room to ac room by paying extra money, ac not worked after half an hour, service personal told will change the room. Never ever book this hotel
There's no option to rate zero star, thus We've given one star. Pictures provided in the site is good. But in real, the rooms are very dirty. There are no bed sheets and blankets. No Hot water. No soaps.No lift, which is difficult for elder people. But charged Rs.3600 for a suit room which is utter waste of money. I suggest all of you to avoid this hotel.
Worst experience we had in the morning there was no water, even after 2 hours of waiting worst response from management, !!! Cost is too for what they offered!!!! Not a worth stay !! Not recommended !!! Atleast after these reviews they correct themselves!!
One of the worst lodge I ever seen ,they took 3000 rupees and no water facility in the early mornings! Just imagine if there's no water in restroom early morning even they don't consider it as complaint .I won't suggest you to stay here .
Price is too high. As we are a bunch of 4 adults and 2 kids we opted for a bigger room that too non AC (it's December time when we visited)we booked in online by seeing their room pictures(not at all looks same in reality) they charged 1500 rupees which is not a worth able amount for that room. We need to get hot water from somewhere. And I don't want to talk about bathrooms as they look horrible. We vacated in an hour wasting our amount.
No water by morning and very poor response from the management and they r not ready accept that as complaint .. Not at all recommended to neighbours...The way they are doing business is not ethical at all...
