The hotel is good but you need to call and ask for the everything. Basic toiletries, water bottle are not kept in the room. Parking is very conjusted. At times its difficult to take the car out of the parking.
Good neat rooms. Locations that near by is alipiri that which entry to tirumala toll. Walkable distance to kapilaswara Temple. From here 20 min travel to alamealumangapuram and Srinivasa managapuram. Good place to stay

It's a brand new hotel. Rooms was spacious and neat. Washrooms are clean and good. Very close to alipuri steps. Good hotel to stay with family. Restaurant is not available but hotel woodland restaurant is 2 buildings away, so we can go and eat there. Management was very cooperative.
The main reason I took a room for rent in this hotel is for Geyser for my children.... Before booking room they said that geyser is available....but after booking room there is no geyser and no Hot Water , I asked the same to service boy they said to wait for half an hour .....but even after 1 day also they didn't provided hot water in any way. And saying that we have warm water geysers not hot water .....after all this I was very unhappy with the service they provided...... Even the Price is very High compared to other hotels. Worst experience I had in my entire journey.
We stayed for two nights, Location is great, walkable distance from Alipiri Ghat. Rooms are clean and big size bathroom. It's a good value for money hotel. We will book this hotel next time tirupati visit.

Room and the restroom was clean. AC and heater was working. The bed sheets and towels were an entirely different story. The sheets, pillow covers and towels were stained and looked so dirty. They were definitely not washed.
