Sri lakshmi residency - Hotel in Tirupati - Chittoor, India

Hotel is small.but rooms were nice and clean. Hot water was available 24 hrs. Near railway station. Free pass center is 10 min from our hotel. If you need free pass then go 3 AM. Counter opens at 4 AM.

Myself and my wife stayed in the hotel for a day on 02-07-2023 . The moment we entered the hotel we had a warm & smiling welcome from the staff Viz.Ms.Ashwathy & Mr. Premji. We were impressed with their co-ordination. The Hotel in total is an excellent place to stay. The Rooms are very well maintained and the staff are very co-operative. We would like stay in this Hotel in our future visits. S.PRAKASH, BENGALURU.

This is worst hotel if you trying to stay.if you visiting Tirupati, i booked 2 days advance with OYO application as i had to visit temple with family, i went early asking early check in they disagreed for early checkin. Asked pay 1500 for early checkin. Below are my points faced during my visit. 1. When i went at checkin time they totally disgreed to give me room which i booked for 6 people he telling i can provide me one room instead of 2 rooms and in 1 room you can stay 4 people and hr cant help others he told. 2. When i literally after arguing withfor 30 mits he accepted give 2 room without a/c, i asked him again then i paid 2 a/c room for 6 people he is telling so sir he cant. 3. The hotel owner is not even receiving the call. In such situation and this manager is saying its his rules here not the oyo people. He is telling you oaid money to oyo so he ask room service with them our hotel can provide you the room. 4. After sometime he started saying he cant provide me one room also you can cancell and stay outside of my hotel. 5. When i raised voice and told i will go to police station for my incident he came with solution of 2 room just for 4 people and he is telling other 2 person you need to pay 400 each. 6. I couldnt arguee more bcz i came with family and stayed with the situation. 7. The hotel condition was worst they dint even cleaned properly there was beer bottles still left in room inside cupboard and no wife password he provide. 8. Toilet condition was stinking and bedsheet was with stinks when i asked him they saids in paint not stinks. Please for god sake dont ever book the hotel. I faced such mess situations when i came with my family i don't want you to face same situation just like me.

Worst service in whole world. Disrespectful management n even 3rd class staff. Please Report other accounts giving 5 star rating they are spams n relatives of these idiots Owner or managers here don't even give 2nd towel in room of 3 occupancy Even after requested. Their answer to any request is adjust ok . Shameless fellows They dont provide anything even water at ur room. Look like they are someone who sold there land in village n take plot here n build a hotel here. No basic manners. Bloooody unprofessional illiterate. Even after giving 3600Rs for 2days means 1800 per day, they didn't even provide basic service. Beds size are also small There is a no go from me dear fellow pilgrims.

Staff behavior: I booked this hotel through OYO. Receptionist Srinivasulu behaviour is not good. Upon my arrival, he made me wait for 5 mins by checking OYO booking Id in his system and then he said it's not found and asked me to book the room directly by paying 1500 and said he has only 1 last room available. He tried to create the urgency. I asked him to double check then he confirmed that he found my Id and started noting down my details. My OYO hotel bill was around Rs 1100 but he made me pay Rs 1300 after bit of discussion as he initially asked me to pay 1500. I asked the bill for extra 200 but he said he can't provide the bill. He was claiming that , that's the normal charge for a room. He is not sure why OYO is listing Rs 1100. Room: It was ok. Found few Mosquitos. There was no complimentary water bottle given which I thought was the basic offering of OYO. Location: Not that convenient. It's located bit inside. I walked from RTC bus complex to Hotel ~1 km walk. The last 500m was little unsafe since it is just beside railway track with lot of welding shops and garages.

This hotel is known for its immorality. We personally experienced many problems with this management as follows. *Fraudulent scam by offering cheaper rates through OYO and cheating the customers by denying it when they arrive in person(Senior citizens are their poor targets). *illtreatment and disrespectful behaviour by the management when you question their irrational service and unprofessional behaviour. *Threatening you to go through a situation where you will be denied rooms across the city by his influence. Even if you have no rooms to stay in Tirupati, stay away from these kind of immoral insane money pluckers who doesn't care any humanity for fellow beings.

One of the worst service i ever had in my life. The staff is not just rude but they also lack basic etiquette. they do not even know how to talk to elders. I request not to book room here even if you get it for free. they spoiled our vacation.

This is the worst hotel. Pls don't book this hotel rooms..the owner and staff are very rude and they scam you when you have reached the hotel...they tell that the room you booked is not available and take you to a different hotel which they have a tie-up with and provide with a cheaper room..these guys are using Oyo as a medium to scam inocent ppl..stay away from this place..don't trust the 5 star ratings blindly.
