Sri Lakshmi Hayagreeva Residency - Hotel in Samarlakota - East Godavari, India

Never book rooms in this hotel. Rooms are not hygenic. Full of hair, spider webs, cigrette etc. The restroom window wasn't fully covered. Flushing part was missing in the western toilet so we had to use the buckets to flush. Room service was not at all provided. They neither cleaned the rooms nor provided blanket, towels, soaps and not even water to drink. Brooms wasn't there too so I had to stay in a dirty room for 3 days.. Mirror was unclean.. TV was not provided and in other rooms TV was provided but it wasn't working. IT DOESN'T WORTH A SINGLE PENNY.

We took three rooms , The hotel is under maintenance work , Ac & Tv is not in working condition , one room keys are not available , bathroom amenities are not available in the property, The room is not clean i hope hotel people take feedback work on it for best hospitality.

Worst Service........ No Maintenance At all (Non-existant) Toilets don't have latch/knob to close from outside, untidy furniture, and forget ergonomics (Tv is placed sideways, whereas it should be infront of bed) Proper hot water not available (warmish) Water pressure is so bad that it will take min. 2 hrs. to fill a bucket of water. Not at all Value For Money. Staff is not able to communicate in English properly. I don't recommend you this

Room was good. Very limited space for parking. Faced minor issue with hot water although they arranged for immersion water heater rod for us. Had to request/follow up twice for towels, tv remote, etc. My objective to stay here was to take a break for sleep during transit and hence nothing much to complain. However for longer duration of stay one can try better hotels at Kakinada (if possible) as this one is located in samalkota town which is away and hardly has 2-3 hotels to stay.

Rooms were OK. Although hot water not working due problem with solar system. So use bucket heater and return after bath as hotel has short in quantity as compared to occupancy. Room no. 202 toilet does not have latch from inside . Do not ask for support from residency Mgmt about renting vehicle as they are charging exuberant. May be good for localite but for out of state person neither reception nor the car driver does not know good hotels for lunch or dinner. I have to vacate one room despite booking as per hotel request. But one thing is good that they accept online payment. Also following things needed- 1. Door peep hole 2. Could not find door bell

Room maintenence and service is non existent. Owners seem friendly but care little about guest issues.

This rooms are very nice and room decoration items nice

Poor experience. No cleanliness. Smelly corridors due to cigarettes(no proper smoking and non smoking areas). No lights even in bathroom. Very difficult for old aged people. Polite, but irresponsible staff.
