It's a clean and well maintained park. It has a small library and ha restroom also. A quite place, suitable for walk and relaxing. If the park opening time is advanced by an hour it will be helpful for elderly to visit the park and get back home before traffic becomes worse
One of the best parks in the city. It is very well maintained and has good span of area. Has children's play area with the customary slides, seesaw.etc. Has a nice adults exercise area with good equipments to do some good work outs. Additionally has a library and washrooms too! Couldn't find anything to complain about this place.
Sri Lakshmi Devi Park is a popular and well-known park in the bustling city of Bangalore, India. Situated in the Koramangala neighborhood, the park is a favorite among locals and tourists alike. The park is spread over an area of approximately 2.5 acres and is named after the goddess Lakshmi Devi, who is believed to bring good fortune and prosperity to the people who visit the park. One of the most striking features of Sri Lakshmi Devi Park is its lush greenery. The park is filled with a variety of trees and plants, including palm trees, coconut trees, and flowering plants. The greenery provides a welcome respite from the busy streets of Bangalore, and visitors can spend hours enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The park is divided into several sections, each offering something unique. There is a large playground area for children, complete with swings, slides, and other equipment. This is a great place for kids to burn off some energy and make new friends. There is also a small lake in the park, which is home to a variety of fish and waterfowl. Visitors can rent paddle boats and take a leisurely ride around the lake, or simply sit on the benches and enjoy the view. In addition to the playground and lake, Sri Lakshmi Devi Park has several walking paths that wind through the park. These paths are perfect for a leisurely stroll, and visitors can enjoy the sights and sounds of the park as they walk. The paths are also popular with joggers, and many people use them for their daily exercise routine. Another popular feature of the park is the large statue of Nandi, the sacred bull that is the mount of the god Shiva. The statue is a popular spot for visitors to take photos and offers a unique glimpse into Hindu mythology and culture. Sri Lakshmi Devi Park is well-maintained and clean, and the staff works hard to keep the park looking its best. There are several restrooms located throughout the park, as well as vendors selling snacks and drinks. The park is open from early morning until late at night, and visitors are free to come and go as they please. Overall, Sri Lakshmi Devi Park is a wonderful place to visit in Bangalore. Whether you're looking for a peaceful place to relax, a fun playground for your kids, or a beautiful spot to take photos, this park has something for everyone. * This park includes various facilities like gym equipment, swing machines for kids, proper footpaths for walking and jogging. * Greenery of the park is good. * They have a small library where daily news paper are available. * In the park music speaker are installed on the ground where instrumental music give peace in the morning. * Just beside the park there is a playground for outdoor games. * There is no charges for visiting the park and library.
The park is well maintained and happy to visit frequently. Path way music is an excellent arrangement and hope to see continuity of the arrangement. With respect to library, the lights to be brought down little bit so that sufficient illumination is taken care for the users.
I go for runs in this park. It's a very clean space and is well maintained. Perfect for walks/runs and not to mention for spending some quality time alone. You could take a book, find a bench and read there comfortably. The park also has a play arena for kids and an outdoor gym setup (few equipment to stretch your body).
It's the biggest park in Koramangala 6th Block. The walking trail is around 345 meter. It has very good children playing area, gym, washrooms and sitting benches. Unfortunately Running and jogging is prohibited as per the notice, only walking is allowed which is a bit of bummer . It has a few patchy uneven surface on the trail which may needs to be addressed. The park has two entry points, one of which is accessible from main road.
Superb place Love it Because of your running tracks and hip twister i loose nearly 1 inch in 15 days Love the atmosphere inside park
