Quality of Snacks = Very excellent Variety of Snacks = Excellent Interrior of shop = very Good Customer service & Response = very very worst I am suggest this is best one sweets shop in Rajapalayam.,now a days with many branches we also happy with your growth I request the owner or manager of this organisation mainly in Rjpm near Gandhi silai both branches & newly opened dhalavaipuram branch kindly told your sales counter persons to treat every customer likes same and respond every customer enter on your counter In Rajapalayam main branch coffe drinking place they didn't provide the snacks whatever we need (especially you keep in front side items )., they said you bought that items and eat it inside This is the worst word I hear from your dhalavaipuram branch persons ( i went there with my 5 friends and we drinks only tea they says first collect the cash from them and Send them away) so these are the requests from our side.,so request you to Change your sales counter persons attitude on future days

Last week ordered some sweets and savouries at Sri kumaran for my son in Delhi.They took good effort to send it through courier service.Quality and packing was wonderful.Fresh products .Follow up was good till the product reached destination.Feeling happy and I recommend Sri Kumaran sweets to my friends

Food tastes good but hygiene point of view needs to improve. Brand image was good but their staff not following the safety guidelines. Packaging the food without hand gloves, musk missing. This is based on my experience. For evidence I have attached the invoice copy.
