Good food we tried chicken biriyani, parotta, chicken 65, dosa, kada fry,everything was tasty. Had sweets(1kg) which was also good. There is also play area for kids

Sri Kumar Hotel, has opened its new branch on the outskirts of Cumbum. The first thing that strikes about this place is its staff. They are very dedicated , energetic and friendly. This is based on my last few month's experience of visiting them. They know the trick to make you a loyal customer. The ambience is good. Their Briyani, Chinese Specialities, veg and chicken soups and Starters are very good. While my kid loved their shawarma, the elders didn't like it as much as he did. For Parota lovers, I would recommend this place a try. You also get lots of local specials snacks, check out them. I love their karrupatti lemon tea. For two and four wheeler parking there is ample space. For kids there is a play area too. I am in no way connected with this hotel. Overall a great place to lunch or dine in Cumbum.
Customer service is good, Food quality has to improve. Ordered non-veg meal but it as not upto the mark. Mutton, Chicken and Fish curry doesn't tasted nice.
Food rates are but expensive when compared to the rates we have in Madurai. Food tastes are ok to good. Service is excellent

Tried chicken Biriyani. It was far better than what we receive in Kerala in the name of Tamil Nadu Biriyani. Not over spicy. You can try once.
