Nice affordable hotel in the centre of town. Rooms are good and clean. Services is good. Individual heater available in each room, it helped a lot. Car parking facility available. SUPER market is at next door and Restaurants near by 50 mts
Affordable but not reliable I booked two rooms at Krishna Residency in Pollachi for my relatives. The rooms were clean and affordable, but there were a few problems. First, the hotel management has a disclaimer stating that they are not responsible if there is a power cut and the AC or hot water is not working. This is unfair, as the hotel should be prepared for power outages and ensure that their guests are comfortable. Second, there was a power cut during my relative's stay due to a transformer breakdown. This meant that the AC and hot water were not working for several hours. The hotel staff were apologetic, but they could not do anything to fix the problem. I appreciate them for allowing an extra person in one of those rooms without extra charges. Overall, I would not recommend Krishna Residency to anyone who is looking for a reliable hotel. The rooms are clean and affordable, but the lack of AC and hot water during a power outage is a major problem.
Stayed for a night, no elevator - glad i did not bring my parents to stay here as they are old and could not have managed the steps. Bathroom needs upgrade, the door had stains, AC did not work, bed cushion needs upgrade
Didn't check in as they were not consistent with the charges. The charges they conveyed over the phone were different and asked when we were about to check in was different. Hence came out without checking in.
Rooms are ok. But no lift facility. Parking is available. Location is also good.
I booked this hotel through make my trip where it is mentioned that local IDs are allowed. But when I went to that hotel , they denied checking in saying that local IDs are not allowed.
Nice stay. AC working TV working water heater good bed only little bit uncomfortable like spring bed to harder to me.
A very decent and clean hotel, with well facilitated rooms, and quick and good service. It was very worthy of the price, n located just near the pollachi bus stand. Cost Rs850, 2pac, per night AC room.

Very clean bathrooms and spacious rooms. Excellent service by the team. Enjoyed our stay. Affordable and good quality, very close to bus stand and railway station.
Biggest highlight of this lodge is that business and marketing people can get good rooms at affordable price. It's there for decades and so rooms will be little old. But you never feel bad of opting this as you get a good sleep.
A decent stay. The room was good and the bathroom was clean. There is no food service available at the stay. You can either swiggy it or ask their staff to get some for you.
