I was utterly disappointed by the behavior of the staff on the front desk. He was rude, and totally uncooperative. They behave as if they are the only hotel in that area and will fight with you. Not at all customer friendly. Book at your own risk. Bad stay experience.
Front desk staff is the worst behaviour. No respect for guests. Kindly change the desk staff.
Worst experience ever. They will switch off the main switch for AC and will act as if they don't know y the room ac is not working. Service here is worst. They wont respond to your room problem at once. Rude behaviour and they will act as if they are providing u 7star hotel.
Rooms are not at all well maintained
Terrible experience. Dirty room and the manager is so rude and money minded. Took advantage of the customers. Just don't visit this hotel.
Room was little bit bad odour. First they have given one room for which AC stopped with in 2 hours again i called to the reception through my mobile because there is no land phone to call reception, then they responded and changed the room. I got a small doubt wether they know about the AC and gave me that room intentionally?? I hope that only because they should know about their hotel rooms. So guys please avoid it.
Staff are very friendly and honest in giving the information needed for the customer. The way they are maintaining this hotel is simply superb. I hope this will expand its chain of hotels in all prominent locations across India
The hotel was not that fine. The prices seems to be very high and nowhere the price meets the quality in that hotel. No, there is no cleanliness of rooms. No sufficient lighting in the rooms. What irritates you is AC in your room. No blankets too.

The hotel is peacefully located. Avoid the rooms facing the road as you will hear some traffic sounds which may disturb you if you are a light sleeper. Rooms are pretty clean and well maintained. Took a suite room and it was good for the price paid.
