it's a good lodge for a short stay. There is value for money. worth of paying it. staff are pretty good. Room was also good. But they should keep some basic amenities like soap brush and paste. That's a bit dissapointing. Rest everything is find. Staff are that much good because our check in time is 12:00 but unfortunately we reached kanchi at 06:00 in mng. But they allowed us to stay in the room... overall good.
Budget friendly, safe for family, in between A2B & Sarvanna Bhavan. Their rooms are basic and clean. Car parking available. Cooperative manager and owner. Due to it's location you can move around in the city easily. We had a very god experience. The food they serve ( outsourced) is delicious and reasonably priced.
Average Lodge. Charged 700/- for double bed room which i feel is on the higher side. Suitable for Solo Travellers. I don't think its suitable for family members. Located on the main road itself, hence lots of traffic noise is audible. Keep this as a last option if nothing works. Price could be around 400 - 500. Positives:- 1. Near to Saravana Bhavan & A2B hotel. 2. Near to Kamatchi Temple, Chitragupta Ketu Temple, Kachabeswarar Temple. Most of the temples are near by except a few. 3. Walkable distance from Kanchipuram bus stand Negatives:- 1. No Hot water available (I didn't ask for it though) 2. No Towel, Bed sheets provided 3. Tap water not the best. Little smelly. 4. Lots of plumbing leakages 5. Broken buckets and mugs 6. Very few TV channels only available and most of them are Tamil.
This is the Worst lodge I have ever seen in my life. The A.C in the room is also not working properly. They dont know how to behave with the customers. The hotel management themselves don't know the cost of their rooms. Staying in this room is the waste of money.
Cheapest Double Bed @ Rs.600/-. Additional bed Rs.100/-. Centrally located. Mosquitoes are there. You need to carry HIT sprayer. Neat and clean for this price.
Good with decent price and bit Old Lodge. No AC and Indian style washrooms. Closer to Bus stand and walkable distance to Temple
