I started crying for no apparent reason the moment I entered to the exact place (prison cell) where Lord Shri Krishna was born . A huge temple complex which is super clean and beautiful in more ways than one . Your focus to meditate immediately gets enhanced to reach another level in the huge hall on 2nd floor .

The mosque is certainly built on the place right where Krishna was born. This was the atrocities done by Moguls who tried to wipe out the Hinduism from Bharat. The SAD part is that Indian Police is guarding the mosque which should have been long wiped out from that place to restore the century old hindu heritage and believe. All the current Muslims in India were Hindus who's forefathers were forced to convert, Now is the time to go back to the original believe system as no Moguls are ruling. In my opinion, the British came at a right time otherwise the whole Hinduism would have wiped from India.

The temple is closed from 12 pm to 4 pm so plan your visit accordingly. There is free parking available near temple if you are entering from Delhi Mathura highway. There are good restaurants in front of temple. No mobiles are allowed in. The temple is neat and clean and not crowded nowadays. Mask is compulsory.

Nothing is allowed to carry inside the temple premises except money. You can deposit your belongings in clock room just outside of main gate with a charge of only Rs. 2. drinking water like amenities are available inside free of cost. U can also get various shops for food, refreshment and shopping. There are several temples inside premises. Must visit everyone of them.
Blissful place n temple. Nowadays temple get closed at 12pm morning, so plan accordingly..and its better to keep ur shoe, bag and mobile in ur vehicle. Dont carry with u otherwise u have to spend time in queue for locker room as well.
