The food was edible at best. The lady who takes orders is the rudest person ever. She refuses to give an extra cover or even water to drink. The service is horrendous. Why do you even take orders if you're not able to serve customers properly. Homies think they can get away with anything since they're the monopoly here .

This the only option to eat non-veg which is outside the Amrita gate but here food is not hygiene and hotel visibility also not proper. I suggest not to eat here .... in case of no other chance , you can eat

This is my experience after eating from this place for 3 years. Price: over priced for all items except Meals. Only good thing here will be meals. Quality: Non veg varieties are complete disaster. What ever the varieties mentioned they will give it with just covering by sauce. Over masal will make you feel sick soon. Eg: if you order chicken lollipop, you will get chicken wings filled with sauce, same situation for other varieties too. Customer service: There are few good staffs who will behave politely. They consern only about money rather than providing the good quality suitable for that money. Due to the unavailability of non veg shops in this locality they have taken advantage by compromising the customers health. Overall experience. For emergency purpose this place can be used. Not recommended for regular purpose.

The lady at counter is rude and all they care about is money. I had pre ordered a parcel 1 hr before and she didn't even care to give the order to kitchen since i didn't pay online.

Although the atmosphere is bad. I'd suggest to get take away. Starters are bad.
