It is a great experience of visiting this shop. Since. Last 15 years when I settled in Bangalore, I have visited so many occasions and find a good response from their staff and sales person. They have a very good collection of Jewllery.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Sri Krishna Diamonds and Jewellery, and overall, I had a positive experience. This store offers an impressive selection of jewelry, catering to various tastes and budgets. From delicate necklaces to sparkling engagement rings, there was something for everyone. They were eager to assist and patiently answered all my questions. I appreciated their expertise in helping me find the perfect piece that suited my preferences and budget. While the prices may be higher compared to some competitors, the attention to detail, customization options, and overall experience make it a worthwhile destination for jewelry enthusiasts. Mr. Nikhil in the silver section at Sri Krishna Diamonds and Jewellery, Commercial Street, was very patient and took the effort to identify and show items according to the customers taste. As a result, the experience was excellent. Thank you.

Reasonable making charges compared to other big guys. And has a good collection, the silver collection is also good but prices are on the higher side.

I purchased many jewellery's from them on my occasions. I tried to return one neckless but at the time of return they told me they will deduct 5% as we want money back and 3% for the dust so total 8% deduction for whole mark jewellery plus 18% of making charges which I already paid. I am extremely disappointed by their service and they have two different faces. One when you go for buy and other when you go for return. They want customer to take jewellery in return. Won't visit them again ever :(

Such polite staff!!! Absolute angels. We went there during lunch break on a Sunday, it wasn't as crowded as we thought it would be, but they were so polite and have a very good collection of jewellery. We were offered as soon as we entered, then juice or coffee, then even lunch. I don't think I've ever seen a store offer lunch. Collection was so good, i was absolutely indecisive and couldn't choose thank you mam

I would first like to mention that their service is pathetic. We walked into the store and we had no one even ask us wat we want and tell us where to go. We had to ask the staff around by ourselves and go to the section we wanted. All the staff are busy with their phones and get irritated if we ask for something. Even the section we visited had very few collections & choice was very limited. Would not recommend this store nor would I visit here again. 2 stars because of what was put on display atleast looked good.

Worst experience...do not give any ornaments for cleaning in this shop...they have reduced my gold weight...not a happy customer...big time cheater.
