Sri Kousthubham Residency - Hotel in Tirupati - Chittoor, India

Overall Awesome experience! The manager has a true sense of hospitality and helpful nature. Very much satusfied with stuff's behavior. We took a 4-bedded room. Room was clean and big with 2 attached bathrooms which was really useful. Location is also very much convenient. It is less than a kilometer from both tirupati main railway station and RTC bus stand. We would like to be onboarded here again. Thank you!

Decent hotel with less budget. good for families also. Room is bit small but considering the price, it is okay.. bedding and lining should kept a bit more clean . Check-in is good and guys reception were received with smile even we checked in very late night and was a smooth checkout too. thanks for that (y) other than that everything is good and I can recommend for this hotel.

Nice place for stay, which is at walkable distance of Max 2 minutes from govt bus stop. Family friendly for stay. Received rooms on early check in, without any prior notice (will be available only if rooms are vacant), better to inform prior to travel. Bigger rooms, and rooms in floor 1 are really good. Need maintainance on amenities like AC/TV.

I stayed only for 4 hours, My check in time was 12pm, but I lately arrived to hotel around 1am in morning. Two of my family members who are coming from other place arrived at 3am. we basically booked this room to refresh and start for Tirumala. I informed about my late check in to hotel staff. They r very cooperative. I feel this room is decent enough (Non AC) for that budget. we can't expect 5 star facilities for this budget. Bathroom was little congested. Closed room, u can't open the window, if u open, bypassers can watch you in corridor. For a AC room this should not be a problem. Thank you

Location - a perfect one to commute anywhere in and out of tirupati.. just 200 mtr from apsrtc back gate towards sandhya theatre side. surrounded by so many bars and **** stores. Room and bed size is enough for 3 persons. bathrooms need small maintenance.however ok to manage. NO HOT WATER even though they say it is solar gyzer, but could not get it active. NO BATH SOAP provided even though it is basic thing in any hotel. Overall a good stay for bachelors or group. NOT RECOMMENDED for family or pilgrim trip as it is surrounded by bars and **** stores. even in hotel also there is no restriction and could smell people having it.

I got a 24 hrs non AC dormitory bed. worth he money I gave. early check-in by 5 am allowed by staff without extra charge. but confirm to hotel person before going. bathroom is ok. locker is free, bed , bedsheet and pillow no smell came. hotel is very close to Tirupati main bus stop. 2 minutes walk. drinking water is free. this hotel have seperate room as well , I dint try them. I came on winter so I opted for non AC dormitory or else I would have opted ac dormitory.

Staff was very polite. I strongly recommend this to all. Rooms were neat and clean. Hot water provided to us, powered by solar. We got uninterrupted hot water. Drinking water provided to us, one can buy bottled drinking water too. It is near by Sri Venugopala swamy temple. Car Parking was provided for us bit far from the hotel behind a cinema theatre belongs to theatre people, it was paid by hotel staff itself. it was just 30 yards away. Rooms were clean, had a good sleep and good stay.

Do not book your stay at this place. The booking wasn't done properly by the staff. The rooms were too small and had no proper ventilation. The lights were not working in the bathrooms. The place wasn't cleaned. The service also was very bad. Proper facilities wasn't available in the rooms. Overall a very bad experience. Do not recommend.
