One of the powerful goddess temple which I have seen in Krishna district. Sri Kondalamma temple is about 200 years old. It has a very rich history which is really fascinating. There are 2 goddess sannidhis in the temple. One is that of old and original Kondalamma which is very small and extremely powerful. This small temple is always crowded. The other one is new goddess temple. This goddess is very beautiful and is calm and peaceful. The best time to visit the temple is morning 7-9pm and evenings are really awesome

This temple is a holy place, in which Ammavaru is well known as Sri kondalamma Ammavaru. There is a frequent access for the devotees to reach this place from Machilipatnam, Vijayawada, Nuziveedu. This place is having all the required facilities to celebrate various functions like Birthday function and many more. Both AC and Non-AC function halls are available including rooms for refresh, for doing lunch for atleast 100 members at a time. Still maintaining wash rooms is to be improved. Mineral water plants are available for having drinking water. Adequate space is also available for parking. Prasadam counters are also available within the temple premises where Laddu(Rs 15) and Pulihora(Rs 10) are to be distributed. Special darshanam @ 50 rupees is also available. I can say very powerful & pleasant local goddess here. Ammavaru has many devotees and she will get Poojas and offerings almost every day in a year.

Powerful goddess. Near to Machilpatnam, Pedana. There is rooms available if more than 20 people it is usefull. Other wise you will get some cooking facilities at some ones house like paying amount

Temple is now spacious and looking good.The temple management is now restricting devotees from bringing hens,goats,sheeps inside the temple to maintain clean atmosphere.
