This is an unbiased review I am writing about "Sri Kaveri Hospital" after reading certain negative remarks by other reviewers which appear to be targeted with ulterior motives. Dr. Ravi Kumar Garu is a Senior Chest Physician and pulmonologist having experience, professional qualification, and expertise to treat various chest-related ailments and lung diseases. In the present 2nd wave of Covid Pandemic, (from March 2021 to be precise), Dr. Ravi Kumar Garu of Sri Kaveri Hospital is saving the lives of many people suffering from Coronavirus infection by TREATING THEM AS OUT PATIENTS charging a meager sum of 200/- towards his consultation fee. Many hospitals in Madanapalle (and all over India), run by doctors who are not even Chest Specialists have started "Covid Treatment" and charging Lakhs of rupees from Covid Positive patients by joining them as in-patients though it is unnecessary per se. On the other hand, Dr. Ravi Kumar Garu who is a qualified Chest Specialist, despite having the required infrastructure to admit covid patients is not admitting them as inpatients and giving expert treatment to them ONLY as outpatients by taking a paltry sum towards his consultation fee without taking the Covid pandemic as an opportunity to make huge money. I would like to state that the brother of my friend Mr. K. Mxxxxxxxx (not mentioning name to protect privacy) visited Kaveri Hospital with a severe coronavirus infection in the first week of May 2021. His oxygen levels dropped to 84 and luckily no bed is available for him in the so-called hospitals. My friend visited the Doctor on behalf of his brother, shown the reports, explained the symptoms, took a prescription from the doctor, and started the treatment. I am happy to state that the oxygen levels of the patient started improving from the 3rd day of treatment and now (in the 3rd week of May 2021) he is fit, hale, healthy, and taking "Post Covid Infection" precautionary care and treatment under the supervision of the Doctor. There is no need for Corona Patients to visit the hospital. The caretakers, family members, or friends of Covid Positive patients can visit Kaveri Hospital with the reports of patients, narrate the symptoms and start expert treatment under the supervision of Dr. Ravi Kumar Garu which will not put a hole in the pocket of the patients. In the present Covid times, doctors like Ravi Kumar Garu of Sri Kaveri Hospital, Madanapalle are required all over the world, to give expert treatment for Covid-19 positive patients charging a small consultation fee without taking the pandemic as an opportunity to make money.

Nurses are very rude and bad behaviours, better to change her behaviours Patients can't wait much longer time.

Dr Ravi Kumar sir is very experienced doctor and he will deal with patients very politely and gently. Will not allow for unwanted tests. Hospital management is also so friendly.

Specifically wanted to review as i really appreciate the doctor's concern towards patient. Extremely polite and answers all the queries as I am one of those patients who bombards the doctor with a dozen questions very reasonable amount of money was taken for treatment helps u understand ur condition better the only thing is the staff is a bit rude and it takes time to reach to the doctor rest all is good

Two of my family members has been infected with covid 19 one in the first wave and other in second wave. Both of them were treated by Dr. Ravi Kumar. They both have recovered with in a week. The total cost of the medicines and treatment is approximately 5000 INR per patient which is a very small amount when compared to the expenditure incurred for treatment at corporate hospitals in the cities. Dr. Ravi Kumar is doing complete justice to the patients during this pandemic.

He is only chest doctor not cardiologist but he also check up that patient also they need money first other wise treatment is very bad but before 5 months my father died in that hospital on that time and on that day also before 10.30 AM they Test ECG doctor said that normal on your report go and take the rest after 10.30 AM my father was severe pain and again come check 50 % chances and was dead in heart attack . that means doctor falt he is chest doctor not cardiologist but he also check heart patients that hospital no maintenance worst staff . Nurses also worst behavior even nurses also how operating BP.
