Very worst experience. I had booked their taxi service for my 3 days trip to Mookambika. But our train got cancelled by IRCTC and hence we had to cancel our plan. We had informed the same to them one week before our journey. Even after sharing the screenshot of IRCTC message to their MD, Mr. Prasanth via email and whatsapp chat they were not ready to accept that. They were daily reminding us to make the payment but when we had to cancel the trip they did not even respond. We have been chasing the team daily via email and whatsapp chat for refund but they are not responding. Even when we are calling Prasanth the MD he declines the call. He just gives a message that it is initiated and will get it today from last one week. On 5th Nov 2023 we made the payment and on 11th we had cancelled upon receiving the message from IRCTC. We had booked the taxi service for our journey for 16th Nov. Till date we haven't received any refund or update for that. Anyone who wishes to get cheated can surely book this travels.

Would surely recommend.,plzz blindly go fa it.. I had booked with my family fa 2 days 1 night..16 places were discussed and all were been attended and even driver was highly professional and friendly also its cost effective. Has a good response team too, staying optins were also nice. Thank you very much team. Hoping for other trips too in future. Regards

I have booked an AC Tempo Traveller from May 24th to 29th for temple visit in Karnataka (Goa drop) with 10 passengers by seeing the reviews. The new vehicle provided by Prashanth Kateel was without curtains and no luggage banquet on top. He argued that vehicle should not have curtains. But I didn't find any Tempo without curtains during my trip under Sun (temperature around 42 degC). Also he asked us to hold luggage on our laps. This is what his expectation. He shares nice vehicle pics to gain the trust at customers which is not at all fact. People who want to have bitter experience/ mess up their trip can prefer this travels.

We booked for a pilgrimage trip 4D and 3N from manglore , it was well customised understanding our requirements, Vehicle was very good, and neat, driver Kiran Kumar was very humble and guided very well. The accommodation arranged in Hotels were excellent . Thanks once again Mr. Prashanth,and shall associate again.

I took a Mini Bus Ac on rent for 3 days to travel to and fro from Mangalore to Jog falls and Gokarna We were around 19 members and the vehicle condition was very good. The driver was also very cooperative. They charged Rs 33,800 for this trip. This was an enjoyable and safe journey and this was an excellent service.
