I am Udupian and I know how the temples are maintained! I rarely go to temple in Bengaluru due to poor management and cleanliness but I visited this temple more than 5 times. Very clean and managed very well by the temple authority! Powerful place! There is a vrutha to tie the coconut and worship Anjaneya for 16 days, wish will be fulfilled!!! This is very true...

Sri Karaya Siddi Anjaneya SwamyTemple is exceptionally powerful, where lots of visitors visits daily to fulfill their wishes by offering coconuts and tying them in the temple on the first day, followed by 16 days of continuous by mantra chanting for 108 times. Despite its current renovation, the temple exudes a peaceful and positive atmosphere. Looking forward to its reopening in a few months.

First you have to make a wish in front of the god. * Second you tie a uncleaned coconut (with its outer shell) at the temple. * You have to chant Karyasiddhi anjaneya mantra everyday 108 times. * You have to do 41 pradakshinas twice a week at this temple. * The entire course of Poorna Phala Samarpana is 16 days. * You should avoid alcoholic drinks and non-vegetarian food during this period. * On 16th day you should remove the tied coconut and offer it to lord Hanuman. * After pooja the coconut should be used to prepare sweets and should be distributed to family, friends, & relatives

On my visit yesterday, the main temple is closed for renovation. Make shift arrangements for prayers etc are made in adjacent hall. Beautiful temple with a lot of devotees. Priest was very kind and did a good puja. I faced some language issue but later got everything clarified from lady issuing puja tickets.
