Has single, double sharing rooms. Single rooms cost 8.5k without food and electricity charges. Rooms are very comfortable with attached bathroom with heater. Food is usually delivered by someone who cooks at home in same street- around 120 rupees per day. Location is 10 minutes walk from Nungambakkam railway station. The manager incharge is very helpful. Once a week clean up of room. Terrace is awesome. RO water purifier with cold water. Overall a good place to stay. Has one month rent deposit.

24/7,water,wifi,stay secured and easy to locate the place RO water specialities and parking easy to wash the clothes in washing machine and no eb issues rooms are separated and ac&non rooms are available there and individual rooms are also available there..nice place stay there and secured full of wifi and camera is full surveillance in the hostel..easily went hospital,hotels,railway station and other things also went easily in the near by hostel..

Good,calm secured place to stay. 24/7 power, water supply with ample parking facilities.

Worth it for this price in Chennai... Really thanks to the staff and owner..

This is the worst place I have stayed during my degree in Chennai. The rooms are not at all maintained. Even after reminding them consequently to clean the room ,they never did it. During our 2 months stay they never cleaned out bathroom once. The hallways are infested with cats and dogs.The cats always put the waste bin down and the hallways remained dirty and smelly . There was even a rat in the bathroom for 3 whole days and the maintenance person didn't even acknowledge our complaint. While we were vacating, the owner was very rude to us and even publically humiliated the four of us saying that all keralites are the same saying that none of us have dignity and even brought up the mullaperiyar issue for no reason just for sake of argument. He didn't even read the electricity unit reading before adding the amount to the bill. He charged us extra for a month we didn't even stay. He verbally abused one of us who had to vacate as he was sick, not even considering the issues we faced due to unexpected flood. Please, don't even consider staying here.

It was good experience while staying in the hostel, all services are provided timely and well maintained rooms...

Rooms are good for 2 and 3 sharing and also it is cost effective Room sizes are small but privacy there. Room services are not daily here , so better to clean the room by your own but if you can't afford an apartment , you may take a room here in 8k budget. Even if you want to stay here for few days with your parents that's also possible. The place is nearby to the Nungambakkam station and you will get a nice view of the station from balcony

i stayed here over 2 years and i recommend since it is the best. No water problem and No power failure. calm and quite breezy place. Hygenic, good house-keeping. ample parking inside the compound. safety and decent guests. prompt customer care. I miss it now
