Quaint veg hotel. Pepper dosa and pepper parota were great. The place is neatly maintained. They provide hot water at the table. Good place for South Indian tiffin items. Service is amazing and very kind person.

A simple , good vegetarian resturant in kodaikanal which is open for breakfast, lunch, dinner, the menu consists of vada idli, many varieties of dosas including poondu dosa , delicious and a simple vegetarian meal with a good cup of curd , the dinner you can taste the parottas too, awesome place , good service , the entire women folk of the family cook , try the parupu vadai for sure can take the family too

Nearly the perfect place to stay in Kodaikanal. The room, service, and food were all very very good. Breakfast was expansive, as was lunch and dinner. They also packed superb sandwiches for our return train journey.

The best cafe in Vattakanal. They serve Israeli dishes mainly. We have visited Althafs every time we visited vattakanal. My favourite is the schnitzel plate , hot chocolate and Nutella pancake.

Great place to stay, was with my family for my father's birthday. Wonderful hospitality by the owners and staff. Clean large bedrooms and view from the garden is a must. Glad we booked this stay as it was very close to the town yet secluded. Must try
