Doctor's and nursing staff are all good cooperative. Suggestions for better opportunities

Visited the hospital for the first time yesterday. Reception response is quick and 2 persons are available at a time for your help. Premises is clean as well as green. It also has a parking as well. Sri Harihar is one of those hospitals which has an elevator for patients. Apart from all these most important they have doctors of different fields. Professional in their respective field they make you feel like you are talking to your friend but not a complete stranger. Only one negative point which I noticed is that if your doctor refers you for a MRI. You have to go back to Dhalpur (Kullu 9km-11km) to their other hospital to get it. If this is the case I suggest you to visit the hospital by your own vehicle otherwise it will be a bit time consuming for you to reach the Dhalpur and back again to the hospital to show the reports to the concerned doctor. Over all experience is good.

Never count on them in case of emergency, my family member got unconscious after a fall, the doctor was made at least 10-15 calls at night but he dint answer . There are no doctors for emergency .

The overall standard of this hospital is good. Doctors are efficient & professional in their approach. All the staff were very polite in their behaviour. But what was missing in this hospital is that there was total lack of respect for time of the OPD patients coming for the first time. Line jumping or no respect for first come first service is cause of concern....

Ultrasound doctors are very good people and they have a very good way of talking to every patient but it is a shame that the ultrasound staff nurse's way of talking is very poor and extremely rude. Shame on such staff nurse it is very shameful.

Had a great experience, the staff was literally very helpful. The entire staff was so friendly and professional and they always responded to our query very nicely.

The doctors are good but the hospital is the worst in Kullu. I asked the reception for sanitiser, they didn't have any! Not even at the entrance. Pathetic condition. Charging so much for govt hospital like service. Nurses are partial in dealing with patient files. The 2 stars are only for having good doctors for ortho and ent.
