19 oct. 2023 I visited with OPD card no 19354/23 . I had A very bad experience with nurse at ot. She said jute utaro, I told her sleeper do then she says management se mango & she shouted Ghar se lar ke aaye ho. When I enter in side in front of dr. Ye subha se lar rahe hai. Dr. Take her side. And she again shouted. Iska matlab hai 500/- rupee de kar apna BP BADAO, BEJJATI KRAO. IT A VERY BAD HOSPITAL IN THE TOWN. THERE NO BODY WHO CARE A PATIENT.

As I have visited this hospital just recently I can assure you that if your disease can be cured by them they will...so have some faith and most importantly campus is clean and good

VERY NICE HOSPITAL . ALONG ROADSIDE. Registration slip ({ prcii }) cost Rs 240. So many OPDs a day. DR. SINHA ({ M.D. MEDICINE }) check 80 patients a day . He is very Nice Person and DR. MARWAHA ({ SURGEON }) is also a very Nice PERSON. BEST EXPERIENCE. STAY BLESSED AND STAY HEALTHY

My overall experience is good...DR naveen kumar sir is very intelligent and very much caring for his patient..samee DR manish is very polite and good for lap ChloE.I LIKE the way he used to talk with patients and share every single detail of good and bad side of surgy...and moreover ultrasound mam is very intelligent in finding the diseases...but only one problem i was faced there not all but some nusring staff was very rude not even listen to me taking hours to follow docter orders (dont listen for pain ..when calling that my patient is paining after 8 times of calling came and oho ur intracath chang krna pdega for bapis hat kr nyi ayega koi)2 time ercp and lap chloe..i was crying after 5 hours of operation my relative running plz injection lgga do aaa rhe hain aa rhe ..they came after 4 hrs....i myself is nusring stafff o know everything saath esa kr rhi thi to oron ke saat kya krte hone .... after ot in recovery room..she checking my bp ,monitor is not running properly my sister asked aapka monitor nhi chal rha h kitna bp hai to daant kr door close kr diya....i my self not behaving like this...as a patient i come to know that by this type of behaviour of some nusring staff patient not liking nurses even though nusring staff do alot of work for patint not all are same but due to some of that m writing this review......they even not know how to start IV line....ese to govt hospital mee 3 prick kr do to lok SMO CMO ko complaint krte haiiii.... Patient is NPO..EVEN AFTER THE doctor order they dont start IV line.....OPD NURSING STAFF IS VERY GOOD IN COMMINATION AND HELPFULL TOO.i wish mangamnet took action for that and other service is very nice... including receptionist and all other

Staff is very aggressive and non supporting. They don't know how to treat with a person who come over there with there problems.

Doctors was good,but the thing is if you don't have any refrence over there then your countable no is become last,I have seen this we are seating here with our all reports since 13:30 hours...the persons who's coming later on us there reports is checked first and we are seating to wait for our counts since 15:00 hours...which is very very disappointed. Management has to improve or correct this practice.

We got done my mom's gall bladder surgery here. Surgeon Dr Marwah is a highly experienced doctor. And staff is very polite, helpful and skilled. Nursing staff is very helpful and proactive. Front desk staff and pharamacy staff is equally helpful and guides well. House keeping staff is very attentive. Canteen is run by a thorough gentleman who provides customised food for patients as well. Lastly, even the security deployed on gate was very helpful. All and all a very good experience. Special thanks to Sister Deepika and Dr Marwah. My medical and overall experience was much more satisfactory than it was previously with bigger players in medical such as Fortis Mohali.

Worst hospital ever. bad staff as well as services.
