Weekly twice Non veg... Food is average and not clean... WIFI manytimes it wont work...Things safety is sure.. 3 cctv cameras... Cleanliness is very good in rooms daily they clean...Per room 5 members very small spacing for non ac... Anytime current bill is 500 for single person we dont use also...For non ac 7000 and for ac 8500...very high cost

I stayed in this PG for about 1 year. Only reason I stayed in this PG was, it's just next to my office and food was good. While I joined the PG, food was good then it become worst. This was before 6 months, don't knew how it's now. Though the rent is high when compared to other areas you can't expect more, it's not worth paying. Pros: Food is OK when compared to other PG. Cleaning will be very good. They will clean everyday. Friendly workers. Centre of the city. More transport options. Cons: Food become worst lately Money oriented No ventilation in room's, if you are in room you don't know whether it's day or night. Closed environment. No parking space. No immediate actions but they will be strict with the rent paying date. They will even collect money for buying washing machines for PG from you. I paid so mentioning it here. High electricity charge, we have no idea how the charge will be minimum 800 per head in AC rooms. 4 members per room. Less space. Mostly all PG are the same. Inform atleast 25 days before vacating orelse you get your advance(5000) back. I informed 10 days before the data of vacating, they didn't returned even a penny, simply said rules are rules.

Rooms are kept clean and neat. Friendly atmosphere. Authentic home style Andhra food. Also, WIFI is good.

Since I'm staying here from past 4 months I'm sure I can wright a review about this place. Pros: 1.Tasty food. (Its not that easy to find a place outside home where you can get good food) 2.Management and workers behaviour . (I've been staying in hostels from past 8 years trust me its very rare to find and important when it comes to stay) 3.Maintenance. (I've been told the one who runs this place was into hotel business, this mightbe a reason for this. Me personally 've seen couple of time throwing left over food and currys into bin after lunch just because they don't want to use afternoon rice n currys at night) sometimes many of us would rather keep some currys in fridge at home. 4.location.(10 min to bus stand 15-20 min to airport if you catch metro) metro station is 5 min walk from this place Cons: 1.Out side Roads are narrow 2.Electricity charges. I don't think blaming management for these two reasons is fair because they are not the one's who can take care of those. I've seen some north indian friends have said this place is good for people who only are from Andhra interms of food. I can't agree to this ofcourse you guys don't like this food as you like north indian style food but as more than 80% of people who are living here south indians obviously managent has to go with majority after all this is business not a NGO. I've faced same problem while staying in Noida. By pay rent on time and minding my own business I did not face any problems . Lets see what will happen in future

PROS: Food: Very Nice. Andhra food. One can enjoy. Maintenance: Very fast and responsive when needed in times. Facilities: TV, Wifi, Washing machine, Geysers which are pretty much enough. Security: Equipped with cameras at entrance and lockers available in the rooms. CONS: Room: Rooms are very less spacious when compared with the rooms in OMR, Shollingnallur and other parts in Chennai Cost: It is moderate when compared to other places in Chennai. Parking Place: No dedicated or compounded Parking Area(Can park in front of PG with chains). Remaining everything is fine..

First off all cost is high,current Bill is very high per unit 11Rs, At the starting stage the quality and taste of food is good but later on it become soo worst, Starting they used to keep unlimited food later on they done limited like 2chapathi ; 2parota 2chicken pieces....etc earlier breakfast will be available upto 10am. Later on they reduced the timings to make profits for them, what ever the problems we say they will not solve immediately,but as per rent wise they will follow strictly..Earlier when the hostel was started the hostel and food is very good and excellent..but now it became very worse...

Excellent PG with south indian tasty food. Neat n clean rooms with TV(sun direct) n WiFi.
