Mahantesh Sir is a one of a kind rare yoga instructor with amazing energy. At the end of every class you will feel a sense of relaxation and peace. I highly recommend him as your go to Yoga Guru. The hours I spent doing yoga was the best hours of my week. I got everything I needed, a little bit of work-out to break some sweat, strong stretch in sore muscles and deep relaxation at the end. It truly is is both body and mind yoga.

Good yoga classes conducted here. Lot of different asanas performed here. We have an excellent yoga gurus here and they give one on one individual attention. They correct the postures when not performed correctly. And feel this is the only yoga class which is so effective for such an affordable price

The yoga and breathing techniques taught here have been very benificial for me. The environment is joyful and calming at the same time. I beleive if one puts consistent effort and excel even in one of the asanas, it can become a life changing experience. Guru Mahantesh sir is an experienced yoga teacher for over 15years. For those who are wanting to join yoga class, can attend one or two free classes on any business days. There are different batches (and flexible hours) which you can choose from. That means it is never crowded and individual attention is given. I highly recommend people to come and join this yoga center.!

I had trained under Sir for 2-3 months. He made the process very enjoyable. He takes up your challenges as his own and very passionately involves in finding a solution for you. All in all, he is a good teacher and hope you have a good experience as I did!
