I am a customer for 20 years. On 28th May, @3.30 PM, i placed an order for a pearl ring at sahakaranagar and paid 5k advance. I cancelled the order within 24 hours, at 9.50 am on 29th May. The owner, Santosh refused to cancel and didn't return my advance money. This is greed at its peak.
Ganesh Jewellers are the best in design, quality and price. Executive Jitendra is best known for his dedication, commitment and exhibiting patience towards customers and strive towards their satisfaction.
After taking the order they have a very bad customer service, they promise to give the order on the date we prefer and they just postpone and say it's not their problem as the achar did not do the work. They even switch off their number to avoid the calls.
They couldn't deliver a simple band ring on the date they promised. Took more than 20 days and they blame on the achar for not making and they give excuses and even switch off the number to avoid the call.
Worst customer service possible, they don't deliver on the date they promise. If anyone is still is planning to purchase here I recommend to plan and order way before requirement.
