Nice one, it's close to sky park and pagoda view point. Complementary not available. Rooms are really good and feel safe for families. Second floor one restaurant available but price too much. If you need to have food you have to go near boat house only. Season time price higher than normal days especially weekend.

It's really a beautiful moments had... we went for one day leisure time to stay for gathering. The most important is Hospitality of the people is really good and feel us warm welcome so adjustable in timings. Nice scenic view and climate creates great mood for our stay.

The stay was awesome and the host was very welcoming and well mannered. We booked suite room which was clean and nice. The only issue is with food, you can only get a tea or coffee (both were awesome btw). For food, there is a good restaurant nearby named "The Story". However for stay, durga residency is nice and maintained.

We stayed in Suite room for 2 nights and it was a pleasant stay. Mr Alagesan and his wife took care of us very well... Specially Alagesan has been very warm, helpful. A beautiful restaurant at top floor serves amazing firewood pizzas.

The hotel is run by a staff of 2-3 people. There's no proper food and beverage service, however they can make some basic food for breakfast and dinner. Some rooms have good view of valley, other rooms have average view. They do provide some toiletries. Room linen are more or less clean. Worst thing about the hotel is that they don't have power backup (and the power does go out several times a day), so keep emergency lights handy.
