Recently my wife gave birth to our second baby in this hospital. It was normal delivery. We are grateful to Dr. Lalitha Madhavi madam for her caring and treatment. Hospital is very hygienic and staff are also very supportive. It is not exaggeration to say that Vijayawada is lucky to have such a doctor. I highly recommend this hospital for those who want to get normal delivery.
Doctor is very caring and supportive, where as staff are very arrogant and stubborn.., Worst experience with the staff..earlier staff was ok but new team are ridiculously arrogant towards customers they will go to the extreme and claim that this is patient's necessity not hospital's responsibility..., Very much upset with their behavior.. i am a customer service manager for a MNC firm i can understand some flaws.. but these are not flaws but intentional...again Doctor is very good but staff are utter irresponsive they have a double standards toward patients. i have been visiting this hospital from Dec'21 for multiple times....i feel very discriminated
