The treatment and the environment of the hospital it is quite good. And the DR. KB SRINIVAS is one of the finest orthopaedic consultant and surgeon in Vijayawada. My suggestion who are suffering with problems related to orthopaedic he must be the first choice to visit. And he is friendly in nature and available to the patient all the time.when the patient requires him he responds quickly in a polite manner. And the treatment at the hospital is top notch. Ambience is good at the hospital and the service of the staff is also good.

Highly commercial, and tests are overpriced. 2.5% extra for swiping cards, no UPI payment. But the doctors treat very well, not in a hurry, listening carefully, talking very politely, friendly. 10 out of 10 to the doctors especially the gynaecologist. Just a suggestion, everyone knows it's business not charity but things can be more subtle, the staff seems to have zero interest in patients issues and their problems just screaming money. 2.5% over and above card even after such a good margin doesn't seem good.
Madhavi doctor is best I can say. Has patience in listening to concerns and staff is very polite and no unnecessary tests.
