I recently had a very distressing experience with Sri Chakra Hospital in Hanmakonda. My loved one was admitted to the ICU, and I must say that the level of patient care was extremely lacking. It became evident that their primary concern was money, rather than the well-being of the patients. One of the most concerning aspects was the blatant attempt to rob us of our hard-earned money. The hospital staff consistently pushed unnecessary tests, medications, and treatments that only served to increase our bill. It seemed as though every decision made by the doctors was based on maximizing profit, rather than providing appropriate care for the patient. Furthermore, the quality of the doctors was highly disappointing. It was clear that they lacked the necessary experience and expertise to handle ICU patients effectively. Their lack of knowledge was evident in their poor decision-making and inability to effectively communicate with us regarding our loved one's condition. We constantly felt as though we were left in the dark, with no understanding of what was happening or what the treatment plan was. Overall, my experience with Sri Chakra Hospital's ICU patient care was nothing short of appalling. The blatant money-focused approach, coupled with the lack of experienced doctors, left us feeling helpless and robbed of both our trust and money. I strongly urge others to reconsider seeking treatment at this hospital, as it is evident that their priorities lie elsewhere and not in providing quality care for their patients.

~Poor treatment & in experienced Doctor~ Faced a bad experience with this hospital, poor treatments,in experienced Dr. Not at all worth for your money. Majorly targetting rural areas by Local RMPs. Very irresponsible and trying to loot the hard worked money from patients as much as they can. Would request you to please avoid this hospital even for injection also and not at all recommendable.Pls understand.

I was surprised to find that they were charging for services such as ambulance transportation, from pick-up to drop-off, and even after surgery and during the discharge process. There no waiting place for ICU patient's attenders at 2nd floor and also no proper ventilation at there , closed atmosphere
