Road to the temple from main road is very bad but if you're going in bike and loves off-road it'll be a crazy off-road experience. You can't take normal cars in that road. There is a jeep service from main road to temple. Temple is situated inside a cave with beautiful waterfall you can spend some good time there, normally very few people visiting on daily basis there will be a silent environment.

One among the best place where God located around the Rocks, from road we need to travel 2km to 2.5km which is off road, bikers can go. Ppl wants to trek better to go off Manson. Otherwise would recommend to hire a jeep. Per jeep they charge 800rs can accommodate upto 7 to 8 members. At the parking we cam find mobile canter to food was good to.

Very good place. With historical importance. It's between Bhatkal - Kargal (SH) road, Road is very narrow and please go slow. From Bhatkal 40km From Jog falls 40km From Diversion it's 2KM walk. You can enjoy the nature. Jeeps also available. Minimum crowd. Better Don't take own vehicle, even though it's 4x4. Road are in very bad condition in some area.

Beautiful waterfalls beside a historical temple. It is said that the temple was built by Bheema and the falls is created when Arjuna hit an arrow to the rock! It is at its peak level of beauty during rainy season. However, this falls never went dry!! Please maintain cleanliness when visit such places. Don't throw plastics.

A lovely place in Western Ghats. Must be visited in rainy season to witness the gorgeous waterfall. Added adventure to visit this place is the all wheel drive jeeps ride. The 2km approach road is full of bumps and mud. The jeeps charge rs 100 per adult for both ways. Shri Bheemeshwara, Shri Durgaparameshwari, Shri Nandi temple besides the waterfall is devotionally amazing and it's some centuries old too.

Around 45 km from jog falls(limited buses available). The place looks enchanted in monsoon season... visited on weekday. Could spot very few tourists on the spot. The personal vehicles can travel only till certain distance and rest(around 2.5 km) must be covered by either walk /Jeep available at the location(personal vehicles are not recommended as the path is very difficult to drive). We choose to walk and it's best decision ever as the walk through silent nature is truly one of a kind experience. Found only one local vendor for food(chips and maggi not sure if available everyday) in the middle of trial so recommended to take food and drinks before you start(PLEASE DO NOT LITTER THE PLACE). You will find a house/barn with blue roof on top of the trial thats where you will get to know you are at the finish line. Need to go through the barn gate to reach the temple. CAUTION: beware of slippery rocks and leeches during monsoon season!

Worth visiting at least once in lifetime. When you visit jog falls don't miss to visit this place near to jog falls

Good place. Trekking level mild... need to walk for 2 kms. I would suggest you not to take your vehicle in this 2km road. Rather go by walk or hire a jeep
