We bought a pair of Victorian gold earrings here. The staff is very friendly and customer service experience was the best. I also found unique designs here for necklaces which I could not find in most other gold stores.

This is our 4th visit to this store. Always the same homely welcome and polite service.. very patience,Friendly and very polite towards customer. B.Suresh and sunitha are our sales employee. Took this 2nd ring in exchange of the 1st ring after two days. Thanks to the manager for settling the issue. New review After 10days of purchase I will change my review to one star after having a bad experience in after service of the ring that i have purchased. Initially i have purchased a ring from bhavani jewellers after the staff there has confirmed that this is for daily use. I have not even used the ring for 4 days, i could see a stone was missing. I immediately called the store and said the same thing, but they told that the sales person who sold the ring was not in store and would come tomorrow. Since i was working from office the next day, I visited the store after 2days. They asked me multiple questions and claimed that the ring is not in shape and would deduct 4000 from the bill if i will purchase/ exchange with another ring. They said that if i bought the ring after 7days, then they would give a full refund, since it is 10days now, they would deduct 4000 from bill upon exchange. How does it matter if it is 7 or 10days when all that matters is i have lost the stone just by using it for 4days. They backed out when there is problem with their product. Finally after 2 hours of discussion, they took the ring and would send it to the main branch to analyse and then decide if refund is possible or not. Please do not believe in their words, as i have purchased the ring just by going with their words that this is a daily use ring. Old review Had a very nice experience buying jewellery at nagole store. Swapna and Sreelatha were really helpful and patient enough to show us every design that we asked for. Recommend to try visiting this store and give a try.

Sri Bhavani Jewels has amazing designs. Really loved their customer service. Guru and Devanti assisted me while I was shopping and their patience and enthusiasm in helping me find what I was looking for was really impressive. Totally recommend this place 10/10

This store has a lot of latest designs and the staff is very supportive. This is on the way from LB nagar to Uppal at Nagole. Near Nagole x road. It's got ample parking in front of the store. Good one for latest models
