Today Travelled from Chennai to singampunari today 5/10/23 Buses are really awesome but bus drivers behaviour is very bad. Luggage will one box rude with give money or fighting with me not behaviour for customer angle service, very un decent speak no politeness. Not taken action I will inform to human rights department, my relative working in human rights, I will meet in court

Recently travelled from Chennai to coimbatore. Buses are really awesome but bus drivers behaviour is very bad. He driving the bus with town bus bus speed and he is going service road unnecessary eventhough no one offboarded and byepass are free. Driver abusing passengers while going bath room on toll. We got a excellent service from SBLT Access. They made our 3day trip so smooth and easy. Actually We booked their bus in very last minute and they still able to help us in organising our trip. Special thanks to PAVITHRA for her help on this booking. She suggested a better booking option and it helped to reduce our overall cost of the rental. She even followed up daily on how the trip was going on. Also should thank Driver MOHAN. He brought us back safe after a hectic 3 days trip. Overall we are very much satisfied with SBLT Access service and will be using them next time.

Poor response..Driver behaves too rude and boarding tym is not accurate..

One of the worst serivice..run by rougue and rowdy.the driver khali must be ex prisoner.he travel was pathetic ...to start with bus one of the worst condition bus i have ever been. travelling with family we trusted your rating and boarded the bus..even though the price was on higher side. Unhygenic from the word go.the bedsheet was stinking.we were fooled by the booking it showed it was front side of the bus ..actually it was back seat and cramped as hell.even after insisting the driver and cleaner refused to turn on the ac..it has erractic driving form the word go..the driver has almost flipped us twice.attached are the pics of the damage..in the hills the uncondition bus tyre busted and we started hearing death screams..my 10 year old daughter fell from the upper berth and had leg injury..all the other passengers or badly hurt u can cross check with them..with busted tyre he tried to drive the bus hill down..after our continuous protest he changed the tire..is this the experience you want to give us? We were sleepless and parnoid on top of all the driver had the audacity to raise the voice on us and he threatened that complaint will never ever touch him...true that the sblt complaint number said it is normal that we had to adjust...in middle of night we can even think of alternate..my wife and daughter are yet to come out of shock.we want justice..else we will take this issue to higher level and media and will do what ever it takes to sue the company.we trust in redbus and waiting for the appropriate action as soon possible.please provide us justice

Very worst bus i have travel ever laying 900 ruppes for bus and got worst service

Worst Experience ever had totally not responding and the driver is very rude behaviour and there is no panctuality and his driving also totally worst often using sudden brakes it is my first journey in SBLT and surely it will be the last in your SBLT.
