Never book this place on any sites like make my trip, or goibibo etc.. This a** will deny booking even if you have paid full money on the site. He wants to make money through offline booking. If we raise a complaint at the makemytrip he doesn't bother to pick up the phone from them.. Worst fellow.. Never book this place..

The rooms are neat and clean, and the pool looks good. The only resort to have a pool at Gandikota

Very costly on weekends and okay okay price on weekends. Management is worse. They switch off the AC on earlier morning to save the power.don't prefer

DO NOT BOOK this place from any online booking platform. He will deny you check in on arrival. They are running a scam. Even your online booking platforms(Goibibo & MMT) won't be able to help you with the check in to this place.

The rooms are in good location and management is polite when it comes to some matters. Personally I faced some challenges, I Had booked 3 rooms, but got only 2 rooms.They asked me to cancel one room booked which was non cancellation booking (I booked room from third party site) But asking me to pay extra for extra bed provided by them. I would suggest check with them first before booking the rooms. Pros: Rooms were clean as they are newly constructed and also they had pool to enjoy. Location is very good. Cons: Pool was not clean. There was lot of insects which bite when playing in pool. No food available locally, if requested the person in charge will get you some food. No towels, no toilet kits provided.

Had booked 3 rooms, but got only 2 rooms. Now they asked me to initiate cancellation, but the cancellation was not possible because the ticket was not refundable. They said they have initiated cancellation from there end. But asking me to pay for extra bed provided by them. This is the worst experience I have had in many years. People incharge are bit rude in conveying information ( probably because of language barrier) I would suggest check with them first before booking the rooms

It's still new & under construction. As of now they don't have any facility except rooms. They have an attendant with one hand only. They don't give u towels, soap, drinking water unless asked. In some rooms there r no wash basins at all. They don't have restaurant also. Even if v want to have coffee or tea v have to drive 1 km from their resort.

average stay. its in a orange farm so different experience. rooms are big but bugs and cockroaches are there and main problem is they have solar geyser. we waited till almost 9 am but still no hot water so finally had to take bath in cold water.
