Rooms were Clean . Toilet was Good Hot water was Available.even though the place was very Central, The area around the Hotel is Sketchy and dirtybut hotel was very good. But for early check-in I had to pay 500 extra( That's normal ). but for the room I received the window opened to a garbage disposal ( But no faul smell though).Overall for the Money it's Worth.People treated us Normally. Staffs were sweeteven though I didn't talk with any of them. AC was working and the bed was super Comfy.
The room and ambiemce is good.There was eater issue one night. What really turned me down was that when the receptionist who was there at the time of my checkin provided me 24 hours check in and checkout, another rotational receptionist who was there on the check out day told me it is not like that and the first receptionist don't know anything and all putting me in a situation to rebook for a 3rd day even though the 2nd receptionist allowed me to extend to 9 pm on the checkout day with a small fee. Outrageous to say if u have no mutual communication within yourself, don't make the customers go mad with your double methods. Will think twice while booking this hotel again if you show this attitude with differences amongst people sitting in the reception desk and showing differences onto the customers who book your hotel for stay. Amenities are mentioned for this hotel are not met by the hotel management. Eg. Not providing Water, Electric kettle is not available, dental kit ans tissue papers are not available in the room. That should be removed from the amenities list
