Not that great Per month Room rent: 5200/- The bathroom is so narrow - you won't be able to take a bath properly. Pros : 24x7 - Wifi and Drinking water Not a place for "silent and self dependent people" - because if you are one - then stay away from this place. The owner is a person who is so doubtful why I said this because when I stayed there for like 4 months from September till December 2022 - I was frequently asked by the owner and the hotel owner as to when I will leave and repeatedly used to say that when leaving tell at least 15 days before. I didn't understand as to why he repeated this every single day and worst of all - owner used to bring people to see the rooms whether they liked it or not - everytime he would choose the room in which I stayed to show as if there weren't any other rooms Don't know why he had so much hate towards me. Since I rarely used to eat from the canteen available nearby - even that also was something like they hated me. Worst of all - I was asked to stay in his house for sometime since rooms weren't available - one fine evening - I was asked to leave since the rent paid wasn't enough and he was running into losses As advice - if paying 5200rs is fine for such a room with that small bathroom - go for it. (Other things mentioned - depends on your character.)

Nearby Calicut railway station & Palayam. Best rooms and Good canteen with quality food. Recommending!

Budget rooms,filter water, wifi, hot water provided.

Nice atmosphere. Rent is affordable 3000 per head for double room. If you chose single then 4000. We can't use electrical items other than laptop and Mobile that's too bad because they don't provide food. That's only problem I felt. Toilet good condition.

Good place to say with good facilities. The rooms are good with attached bathrooms. Near to Palayam bus stand and railway station. Can't give a 5 because everyone won't like a small bathroom

Giving Free wifi, and good rooms, but the attached bath rooms were very narrow..
