Overall experience was good, especially the doctors. They described everything in detail which eventually overcome the fear of disease . Nursing staff was very helpful and caring. Full marks to catering group. They took care of the diet amazingly also with the time they were disciplined. I will surely Recommend this hospital.

Our experience with Dr Nikhil GUPTA was really great with his utmost care. His experience, confidence and abilities on doing three major surgery simultaneously and successfully on the well-being of our mum was one of the best experiences we had. My mother recently got admitted. Ms. Komal at the Emergency Front Desk is extremely courteous and helpful. She made the admission process very smooth.

My mother Rita Gupta was admitted in Balaji Hospital. Mrs Komal at the reception was very nice & soft spoken. She solved all our queries within a minute. She handle all the patients very politely.

Really helpful staff. The process from Doctor to Triage to ICU admission was very quick and Mrs Komal was of great help to sort everything for us. I am thankful for Dr Narender and his team to help through this. The staff in Emergency was also quick to attend to my Grandmother.

Avoid taking patients there . Doctor don't come on time , staff is overloaded . You feel air of arrogance amongst medical staff and hence most of the times services get compromised. No proper sitting arrangement for attendent of ICU patients unlike Apollo or other good hospitals. I suggest they take urgent actions to improve or else they may loose out.

Recently, Our father was admitted in this hospital. I just wanted to take a moment to say thankyou to the wonderful staff for all the corporation. You people are doing wonderful job. They know how there family are emotionally attach and they value it. I would like to thank wonderful and powerful women Miss. Komal ( The Front desk officer). I would say she is the backbone of this hospital. Komal mam handle everybody in a very good and decent way. I would always recommend this hospital and the staff. Thank you
