Bad experience from this shop owner and staff not have any courtesy how to behave with the customer I went there with my father to buy arowana by seeing the youtube video. The staff there is not at all friendly. The owner is telling in every video that ask shopkeepers to feed pellets and check whether arowana are eating. As the same I also asked sir can you feed pellets in front of me he got annoyed. Actually I am just a beginner pet parent of arowana fish. My arowana is not taking feed of pellets. I got scared and called the owner directly he told he is in prayer and told that he will call after 10min. But I waited for an hour he didn't called up. So I called him he didn't pickup. After some time he called and yelled at me knowing that I am just a beginner he told fish will take food at midnight you can't see it will take one week time. I understand his point of view that he will be getting lot of calls fullday but there is a way to speak towards others.... Please from my experience I just want to say something kindly don't shout at someone. If your character is like not giving respect to customer kindly don't make showoff for sake of sale or for a video purpose or publicity...
Please don't go to this shop. They cheated on on me and give fake Arowana colour kindly request you do not go to this shop

Don't trust him. He speaks like honeydew pampering with lots of lies. I bought silver arowana from him long back and he promised me once it's 1 feet you can replace it with Asian Arowana..with the price difference to be paid. However, when I asked exchange price for my 1.5 Feet arowana. He was saying it will be 2k. I bought small size for 1k. He is full of lies. Do not trust his words.
