One of the oldest temples in Bangalore City. The temple is located in a very busy street in the centre of the old city. Reaching the temple is very easy as it's just 5 mins walk from the Bus station and probably 7-8 mins from the railway station & Metro. It's been quite a long time since I last visited the temple but it's changed a lot for good. It's so colourful and vibrant now. It was not crowded when I visited and took a max of 10 mins from the entry to exit. The Goddess Annamma here is said to be very powerful and visited by thousands.

More people are visiting here but not clean and not logical things happening here. People wasting more foods..it's really more. Better, people will avoid to wasting foods using God's name. God not telling to put curd, rice, banana, salt. Just ask yourself Why we are doing this? Whether It will really impact to you? Finally, everything going to dustbin. Still more people in the world searching for good food. More people need clean water. But here we are simply wasting more foods and water. Think and grow with science. God only for hope. Temples only for peace. Yes. Here after i will not visit here. Thank God.
Very powerful Goddess in heart of Bangalore just 2mins walk from Majestic bus stand and 5mins walk from Railway station.
