Sri Annalakshmi Pure Veg. Restaurant - Vegetarian restaurant in Kombaikkadu - Salem, India

At first I would like to mention, if I had seen the review, I would definitely have not have food here. I don't know if this restaurant is improved in past few months. But I loved the food over here. In yercaud, there are very few veg restaurants. I found this is the best one. We had lunch(meals) and dinner(fried rice and ghee dosa). I felt even price is okay. Not to costly. But yeah ambience is not good at all. I don't look for ambience, so I'm fine with that

Food is good but we found the owner to be racist towards non Tamil people. He denied us idly but in front of us, he gave it too someone else. He didn't let us sit inside the restaurant and forced us to have a place outdoor. In the morning he just simply denied us the food saying it is closed on our face.

Table was not cleaned, staff response was very poor. Food is not good and clean then not fresh. Money value???? Best go other veg....

Very good homely meals in Yercaud. Not sure of other items but meals was very good. Costs 100rs. Special meals is 120rs and includes chapati but was a bit hard. Not that much taste but decent food for decent price beside the lake. Service is a bit slow.

Upon entering the eatery, a lady welcomed us with a big broad smile. Good vibe, I must say. Together with the man behind the wheels, we had lunch. He had a meal and I had fried rice. Fried rice was so so finger licking good even though I used a spoon to eat it...ha! Some cucumbers to accompany the fried rice would make it a real feast. I even requested for some rasam and the same lady taking the order gladly obliged. The man expressed that his meal was just as delicious. For a foreigner like me with the current exchange rate, the price of the meals was within my budget. Value for money. I told the staff I enjoyed the meal. Credit must be given when it's due.

Not a good place to visit if you are looking for a tasty meal. Over priced dish and under tasting food is not worth trying. Two stars for the staff behaviour alone no other reason to backup
