Very Bad Experience. 0 out of 5 stars Booked room with 2 beds for 12 hours, the bathroom is very congested, not clean and without some basic facilities. Found Rat in the room/lodge, which worsened the condition and had to leave the room earlier. No proper customer service. Please don't go here.
Very worst lodge, not suitable for family. Very dirty and the service is very very bad.... The way of approach of front office is very bad. Bathroom have no hot water and lock is missing. Very imp,, the reception misguide the pilgrims... Actually they are not eligible for single star
It's very near to Palani bus stand, I booked this Lodge for 3 days for single occupancy. While booking this room it's shows Budget single, so the hotelier provide very small room. even it's not comfortable for 1person also. After asking them to change the room then they gave another one. Room cleanliness and hygiene not that much gud but ok. And staffs behvaed well and good. overall I can say ok.
I have booked for two day stay still only checked out at early morning next day. still they took more than 2 hours to allot our room. It was an ok enough room, however very small and has no proper ventilation. but you get what you pay for i guess.
The very worst lodge! Please guys dont waste your money if you're going along with your family. These rooms are only for one night stand rooms. Very Very worst without parking facility too. No extra charging plug, no locks in the bathroom and the garbage pit with full of used things. Really its very embrassing to enter into this lodge. Think twice before you book this room.
Hotel has to ensure room is clean and maintenance activity does not affect the guests. The hotel staff very friendly and provided their best service
