I have purchase mangala Sutra with in 6 days it's broken.... I asked to change they are not changed even taken 2 days. Such a worst

They fool the customers easily and cheat the customers..Dont ever buy silver jewellery over here, first when I purchased a silver chain they said that they will do polishing for free anytime, but the chain became black within few days of purchasing so we went and they did it for free as mentioned before, but within 10 days again the chain became black so we went again but they did not even care and in return they were so rude and told to pay money, but at the time of purchasing they said they will do it for free, when I asked they lied to me and said no we never said like that..if you want to buy silver better get it from bigger jewellery shops but dont buy from this fraud shop..The customer service is pathetic and the people are so rude..The silver quality is so poor and turns black so soon never ever buy from here

Not satisfied with the service, i have purchased items after 2,3 days it's broken, but they are telling they will not change the item nor they have repair facility in this shop. Not satisfied at all.

Not a big shop but they treat customer as there own and u can have wide variety of design and u can order a custom designed jewellery either it may be gold or silver and there response is very nice they use first quality materials for design so no need to worry for scammers and i bough a own piece of jewellery form there it is first quality material wuth perfect design that i asked them .
