Located just near to the bus stand is great advantage. The breakfast ghey provided complimentary is OK. The hotel seams little old one and the heater takes more time to get hot water to bath. Overall it is OK.

The USP of this hotel is location, bang on Gandhipuram bus stand. Plus is good service & great breakfast. Minus is tariff is high when compared with the quality of the room on offer.

Shelves and bathrooms were filled with small cockroaches. Rooms were awesome but the cockroaches made it a bad experience.

Affordable tariff. Polite & friendly staffs. Even though the hotel is old, they maintain it very neat & clean.

It was a very good experience, people at reception were polite and helpful. Just one issue that, food is spicy if you have with kids.

I don't know about the rooms and the facilities in the hotel. But the restaurant is in very bad shape. First, it has a strong odor of non-veg food. I wonder, how vegetarians feel. Second, the chicken briyani which I ordered, had no briyani taste at all. The positive about chicken briyani is that, it has 2 pieces of chicken and one egg. The taste is horrible. Either the chef doesn't know the taste of briany or the management is greedy to make money. The price is high for the taste it offers. It was a better restaurant some years back. Full disappointment.

Good Morning Readers. Yesterday I had a chance to visit this restaurant by evening around 6 pm. When I entered the restaurant, there was no one to greet or take responsibility for the order. Water was given to me after 15 minutes. Is this the basic Tamil culture to treat customer ? Further moving on when asked what is there for tiffin, the server who attended my table was not sure of what was available in restaurant. He used to run somewhere for 15 minutes and come back and say that the dish is not available by 6.10 pm, we would give by 6.20 pm. I am not sure what would happen if they start preparing the food by 10 mins ahead. Further, I had chappathi, which was cooked on one side and half cooked on other side. There was no one to look again what u need, no one to take orders. They would walk causally and come to ur table at their own leisure and ask what you need. One of the most disgusting behaviour of the staffs. And most importantly, One of the waiters closed my order and handed my bill without asking my permission. When asked, he says a lame reason that " As you have left to wash your hand, I preassumed that your order has completed and about to leave". Is this way that a restaurant treats the customer. I have been to most street side shop to luxurious hotels like Taj, etc. I haven't been treated like this. One of the restaurant that has turned the expectations low very low. Ahh. I forgot to mention Very important thing is that they don't switch on the AC even if they are told. All the vegetarians visiting their lunch with family or friends would have a bash of non-veg smell. I prefer my friends and readers to think before they try this hotel.

Stayed in this hotel. On September 1st Night.and parked the innova vehicle.and gave the car keys 2nd morning the bumper was fully scratched. In experienced drivers. And least bothered to listen and were arguing. Bad bad experience . Don't give the car keys to these inexperienced drivers
