SRI AADHISH GRAND - Hotel in Aranthangi - Pudukkottai, India

Very bad service, phone is there but it won't work. TV is there but setup box is unavailable, Bathroom smells horrible as it's not even used.(there is no exaster in toilet) The receptionist is very rude and shouting back to customers, Rooms are good. But sevice is very very bad. They shouted (barked) us to take the car from parking and keep aside. Don't they know how to behave with customer. There is no politeness with them. Bedsheets has lots of hole.

The atmosphere was good with good conditions The reciption hall way till the rooms was pleasant and elegant The staffs are very understandable and they are helpful upon fixing our concerns or issues I lost my package in the waiting hall so i informed them to help me return it in some way and they responded immediately with a picture of the courier sent The rooms were absolutely awesome The beds were comfy and the sheets and supplementaries were good Their air conditioners were extremely good T/V's were subscribed to like all channels (tata sky) The washroom facility needs a raise as the there was no such malfunction or any issue It was neat and clean The only take back I could see was the room was quite small I mean it was spacious though but small And I think the main one is there was no proper maintenance? The room was quite dusty The management can just take care of that while others are perfect {*FOOD*} There is a restaurant attached to this named "*Nandu* Restaurant" The food was top notch.. Highly recommended is their biryani with chettinad kolumbu, non - veg meals And chicken noodles The staffs were *extremely* friendly. They took care of us like their guests The price is very reasonable and profitable when compared towards their services and quality of food

My stay at Aadish Grand was a enjoyable experience. The reception desk service, quality of the room, Room service all were excellent. Reception desk Saravanan was courteous and quite helpful

2 out of 5 rooms that we booked had AC temperature issues. Pathetic service, no proper actions were taken to remediate the issue. The front desk and the manager came and pressed AC on/off switch and did no further action. No alternate rooms were provided. We were told that the hotel is crowded and the AC is expected to be like that. The manager and the front desk person slept off without any responsibilities. Rooms had old and broken mirrors and clean. Definitely don't recommend this hotel. Not worth the money. Please avoid this hotel at any cost. Old and Broken mirrors. Torn bedspreads. Room Cleanliness. I stayed there with family and relatives for a marriage I was attending in the city. The rooms were good and clean. Underground Parking space is limited. The hotel also has a restaurant attached to them on the ground floor. My only concern was the rooms had cigarette smell upon entering. Other than that the room was fine

Very poor staff behavior. They are providing only 12 hours to stay if you are booking through online travel websites or application. 12pm to 12am means what nonsense is this? They hate customers who give negative feedback. 0% cleanliness. Service providers like Make my trip, yatra , goibibo should act on this.

The worst hotel I have ever been to till now. The standard double bedroom is tiny and the cost is sky-high. Poor room service. Bedsheet weren't clean, extra bed will cost you 500 INR more. Even the bathroom + toilet setup is worse and it's tiny and there is no ventilation. The rooms doesn't have any windows for natural light to come in. On the whole, don't consider this hotel.
